Ms. Franks received her bachelor's degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Master's Degree in Audiology from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.   Ms. Franks grew up in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and moved to Illinois in 1994.  She has been an audiologist with Midwest Hearing Centers for thirteen years.  When she is not caring for her patients, Ms. Franks loves to spend time with her husband and four children.  Her interests include cooking, writing, kickboxing and volunteering as a children's worship leadership at church.
